The impact milling cutter family was supplemented by the 14.400R and 14.450R. Due to a very high impact and the diamond or carbide teeth it’s an excellent nozzle to remove hardest deposits such as concrete and limescale in concrete-, steel- or PE-pipes. You can use them with or without impact depending on the pipe material.
Advantages
• high performance due to high impact
• recycling water | less maintenance
• simple maintenance
• low cost to operate
The enz® Bulldog 30 rotating nozzle is designed for operation with recycled water and fresh water. The sealed bearing system enables the use of any water quality. An integrated magnetic braking system ensures wear-free operation at a controlled speed, resulting in the most efficient and economical cleaning performance possible. Our Bulldog 30 is exceptional for bends due to its small design (Ø32mm / 1.2). It has a low water consumption (25 l/min / 6.6gpm) and a high water jetting density.
Area of application:
• For removing grease, roots and hard incrustations
• Pipe diameters: 35 - 80mm / 1.4 - 3.1“
We released a new update for the enz® camera app just a few days ago. The new version 2.1.0 now offers the following:
• Improved local workflow without MyEnz Cloud
• Ability to export videos and ordering information to your smartphone/tablet/PC

The enz® Bulldog 130HD rotary nozzle is designed for high performance internal pipe cleaning up to 1000 bar. It can remove even the most stubborn deposits from the pipe walls thanks to their clever combination of tier-3 technology. The inserts with flow straightener, an excellent water chamber, the constant rotation speed and the no leakage system guaranties the highest water jetting density.
Area of application:
• Cleaning of pipework and heat exchangers –140mm to 300mm/5.5 to 11.8” Ø -
• Used in food, pharmaceutical, water treatment, petro-chem, chemical and nuclear plants
• All in one nozzle: unplugger, polisher, universal
Our new 360° Standard Nozzle is particularly suitable for use in clogged pipes (especially with soap and grease) with a pipe diameter of 50 – 200 mm (2 – 8”). It includes a front jet and 12 cleaning jets as standard. This nozzle boasts impressive features: a powerful rinsing jet density with 360° water jets, recycling capability, and low wear.
We carry these nozzles in sizes 1/2” BSPP, 3/8” BSPP & NPT, and 1/4” BSPP & NPT.
enz® UC13-3 nozzle cleans tubes – e.g. industrial heat exchangers and pipework. An intelligently short design means the same nozzle cleans both straight and tubes with bends and works at pressures up to 3000 bar (>43kpsi).
Its strength is enz cross jet technology making it excellent at unplugging. Add enz interchangeable sapphire inserts that convert pump power to water jets with greater water density (i.e. best at penetrating coatings); plus enz water brake that controls nozzle rotation and you’re guaranteed highest surface impact and best cleaning.
Application:
- unblock hard, tough deposits of polymer, mineral, salts, or carbonized scales and residues
- polish to permit inspection, e.g. IRIS – or simple universal cleaning
- for manual or automated tube cleaning – single or multi-lance
The enz pendulum nozzle (oval profile bottom cleaner) cleans the bottom surface of large channels very well. This nozzle is expecially suitable for the optimum cleaning and transport service in oval profiles. Thanks to the pendulum weight, a swivel joint that is offset from the middle, and water jets that are only directed downwards; stone deposits, debris and sludge can be removed effectively. Harder deposits can also be loosened and removed by using a special head with front jet. The heavy weight ensures that even with high water volumes, the nozzle does not fly up in the pipe. Thus, demonstrating its‘ cleaning performance.
A new software update is ready for the enz camera. The most important two features are language options and a new firmware. After successful installation, there are 14 different language options available, including Chinese, Russian, Spanish, and Japanese. With improved firmware, videos can be prepared more quickly, and the playback is no longer backwards.
enz® Camera – the camera nozzle with integrated data management
The enz® Camera Nozzle adds a new dimension to the enz® nozzle product range! The modular design allows universal use with all nozzle types, such as the eBomb or the eBulldog, and thus guarantees streak-free all-around cleaning in every application!
The HD-ready resolution and 12 high-power LEDs deliver high-resolution video footage for quality control, documentation, and preliminary inspection. Data management is fully integrated into the system through the WiFi interface and connection to the enz® Cloud. All your manholes and channels are automatically mapped on Google Maps with the videos. The enz® Camera Nozzle, which is simple, fast, and robust, increases productivity without any negative impact on the cleaning performance or quality.

We are pleased to inform you about cooperation between enz® and Optronic GmbH.
Optronic’s JetCam, a “seeing-eye nozzle” for the house connection field, can now be equipped with nozzles for different applications. The interchangeable nozzle set includes: a traditional 6-jet and 12-jet pull nozzle, a KBR nozzle for grease, the HRH nozzle for light deposits and hair roots, and the Rotopuls for limescale deposits. Live image, HP cleaning, visual documentation, and ability to bend all in a single product – this means that in future, even branched pipelines can not only be cleaned easily and professionally, but also inspected at the same time.
UR nozzles
enz® UR nozzles are used to clean and in particular to polish the inside of smaller pipes and tubes, e.g. in heat exchangers. The enz® water-brake makes them spin at a constant speed. You can clean the tubes up to 1500 bar (22,000 psi). The 90° and 45° jets clean the hardest of deposits while pulling the nozzle into the tube and flushing the debris out.
Features:
• NEW: With 12&18 inserts
• Improved cleaning power
• With spot jet and flat jet
• Jet angles 10° & 45°
• Recyclable water
Scope of use:
• Cleaning and transporting loose material (gravel, debris, stones etc.)
• 360° cleaning without rotation
• Pipe diameters:
120–400 mm / 5–16”
